For community residents all around Seattle and north of Vancouver, Greet is a household name – literally. Out of the nearly 40 publications under the Greet umbrella, 10 end up in the mailboxes and on the coffee tables of Washington State homeowners (as of September 2023). It’s our most concentrated state – and we’re so happy to be here.

Natural beauty abounds in this unique Pacific Northwest state, and the comfortable summer temperatures are a big draw for homeowners. Not to mention WA took the top spot in US News Best States ranking in 2021 for its above-average marks in education, energy, and economic health.

Greet Battle Ground & Hockinson

Greet Battle Ground & Hockinson is a personalized community magazine written by the residents and exclusively for the residents and business owners of Battle Ground and Hockinson. Battle Ground and Hockinson sit north of Vancouver in Clark County, Washington. Both communities are surrounded by amazing natural beauty which offers plenty of outdoor activities – from parks and forests to lakes and streams. About the Publisher: Markus McDaniel moved his family to Battle Ground over 15 years ago. This is where he and his wife, Cathy, raised their kids, Sam and Chloe. They’ve come to truly love and appreciate their “little” town and feel fortunate to call it home. Now, as Battle Ground continues to grow and evolve, their mission through Greet is to further socialize and galvanize their local community by focusing on all the wonderful families who are also proud to call Battle Ground their home and to highlight the good grace their local culture has become known for.

Greet Camas

Greet Camas serves the entire city of Camas, Washington. Formerly known as Camas Life Magazine, Greet Camas will celebrate 10 years in print in 2024! West of Washougal and east of Vancouver, Camas offers the small-town feel many families seek while still being minutes away from big-city amenities. About the Publishers: Mike and Alice Terry are partners in life and in business. Between the two of them, they publish three magazines – Greet Camas, Belocal Camas-Washougal, and BeLocal Vancouver. The couple undoubtedly stays busy with their businesses as well as being parents to three young children – the youngest of which is not quite a year old.

Greet Felida

Greet Felida has served residents of the Felida area of Vancouver, Washington, for many years under various names – Felida Fine Living, Stroll Felida, and now Greet Felida. It transitioned to a Greet magazine in May of 2023 for a very exciting reason: The magazine more than doubled its readership! Despite name changes, the magazine continues to be all about the family, kids, pets, and events that are happening in Felida. Located on the northeast side of Lake Vancouver, Felida has gained a reputation not only as a great place to live, but a great place for foodies who enjoy locally-sourced cuisine. About the Publisher: Cindy Lebeau is the publisher of Greet Felida as well as Greet Ridgefield. She began publishing community magazines in the Vancouver area back in 2018 but has nearly 35 years of experience in the sales and marketing world. Though she stays busy running two magazines and participating in the local chambers of commerce and other community groups, she has full support from her husband of 36 years and their son.

Greet Kirkland

Greet Kirkland serves as a cheerful voice in the Kirkland, Washington, community by sharing positive neighborhood stories, introducing favorite businesses, and supporting local nonprofits. Kirkland is a small town with a big heart. From its beautiful downtown, residents can take a walk to one of the stunning waterfront parks, gather with friends at a favorite restaurant, and even enjoy an incredible concert at the Kirkland Performance Center. About the Publisher: Anne Hess is the publisher of Greet Kirkland as well as* BeLocal Kirkland* (a new mover’s guide to all things Kirkland). For nearly nine years, she’s put her marketing and relationship-building skills to great use running these hyperlocal publications. When it comes to being engrained within the community, she’s truly all in. Greet Mercer Island

Formerly known as Mercer Island Living, Greet Mercer Island is a monthly publication created for the residents of the beautiful island in Lake Washington. Situated at the center of Lake Washington – between Seattle and Bellevue – Mercer Island is known not only for its safety and excellent schools but also for its high-earning and highly charitable residents. About the Publisher: Jacqulyn Paneque has been part of Mercer Island’s “publishing scene” since 2013 when she launched the neighborhood publication called Mercer Island Living. However, that magazine initially only reached homes in the lower part of the island – and residents in the upper half didn’t like missing out. Greet Mill Creek

Greet Mill Creek is a community magazine for the homeowners of (you guessed it!) Mill Creek, Washington. From golf to hiking trails to an award-winning “lifestyle center” known as Mill Creek Town Center, Mill Creek is a growing community that has retained its small-town feel. Greet Newcastle & Newport Hills

Greet Newcastle & Newport Hills shares stories about the people in the amazing communities of Newcastle and Newport Hills, and works with businesses to advertise and build strong brands locally. Residents look forward to pulling Greet Newcastle & Newport Hills from their mailbox each month because it's all about them – from pictures and stories about their families, kids, and pets, to the latest on local events. Fun fact about the area: Before Washington became a state, Newcastle was one of the most successful coal mining towns in northwestern Washington (according to the city’s website). About the Publisher: Since 2019, Jana Riggin has owned and published Greet Newcastle & Newport Hills. Greet North End Tacoma

Greet North End Tacoma is a monthly publication for homeowners who live in the upper part of Tacoma, Washington. In the past, residents have received a magazine called Historic Tacoma Living but with an even larger distribution, it grew into Greet North End Tacoma in September 2022. North End refers to a large community within Tacoma known for being one of the most desired areas in Washington to live. You’ll find gardens, green spaces, amazing seafood, and beautiful historic homes. The area truly has a culture all its own – and this is captured each month in new issues of Greet North End Tacoma. About the Publisher: Debbie McVicker publishes two neighborhood magazines – Stroll Canterwood and Stroll Lakeside – and has now added Greet North End Tacoma to her portfolio. She recently took the reigns of this Greet magazine in the fall of 2023 and will soon celebrate 10 years in the local publishing business. Greet Ridgefield

Greet Ridgefield, previously known as Ridgefield Life, is a monthly publication for the residents of beautiful Ridgefield, Washington. Sandwiched between Interstate 5 and the north-flowing Columbia River, the city of Ridgefield, Wash., boasts a charming, historical downtown and is home to the scenic Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge. For the past few years, Ridgefield has also been home to a flood of new residents – it’s one of the fastest-growing cities in Washington. Greet West Bellevue magazine (formerly Points Living) is a community magazine for the homeowners of West Bellevue, Medina, Hunts Point, Yarrow Point, and Clyde Hill in Washington. There’s no better way to describe the magazine and its impact than through the words of actual readers and advertisers: “Greet West Bellevue is clean, sophisticated, and reflects the style and culture of the West Bellevue landscape,” says Mary Ellen Engman of the local Kidsquest Children’s Museum.
