H2O Plumbing
No Clogs in This Operation: The Family Business That’s Built on Customer Satisfaction

The Veach family: Skylee (Hewitt), Luke, Ron.
What happens when a family-owned and operated business becomes so successful through quality work and industry referrals that they can open a complimentary business that lives out the same principles?
This is the story of H2O Plumbing, a residential plumbing service contractor established in 2020. The story dates back to 1999, when Ron Veach started All County Plumbing, a contractor focused on new construction homes. When he saw a need for a repair division, H20 Plumbing was born. This family business has taken on a life of its own.
On a drippy February afternoon, Markus and I sat down with Skylee Hewitt, Ron Veach’s daughter (who, along with her brother Josh, is a part owner and operator of H20), and Sandi Felts, their office manager, to discuss what makes their company different. Sandi immediately chimes in, “We treat our customers like we want our family to be treated!” That’s a noteworthy quality, but she elaborates. “Sometimes, our customers bring us donuts.”
In other words, this family-run business treats its customers like family, and its customers reciprocate. Skylee offers that most of their business is word of mouth and referrals from builders, an enviable position only earned by top-performing companies. As we chat, I check their Google profile to confirm: yep, full of glowing reviews.
A unique positioning, close to the heart
There are plenty of residential service plumbers to choose from, but in addition to their happy customer base, H20 offers something above and beyond others: A generous 20% discount to veterans, first responders and teachers! Many others offer 5-10%. The reason runs close to the family: Skylee’s father-in-law is the late Sergeant Jeremy Brown, who was murdered in the line of duty in July 2021. The discount was born out of a deep love and respect for those who serve, which pre-existed in the family, as Skylee’s grandpa had served as the fire chief for Battle Ground and Ridgefield.
Fun facts about the family
The Veachs (dad Ron, brother Josh, and Skylee) love hunting, and they take an annual trip to Montana to indulge in their passion and spend time together. Skylee’s mom isn’t involved in the family business, but interestingly, she has a collection of real-life miniature donkeys!
When considering who to call for your next plumbing repair, remember this fun-loving, family-owned business!
