I founded MFV Wellness because I believe our greatest wealth is our health. As a NASM-certified personal trainer, senior fitness specialist, and certified Flexologist through StretchLab, I take pride in working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I find it especially rewarding to work with the older population, guiding them to regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

MFV Wellness, located in Manchester, NH, offers a convenient and effective wellness journey through in-studio, in-home, and online coaching. While I primarily operate out of The Athlete's Edge gym space located in the Millyard in Manchester, I also offer the flexibility of traveling to clients' homes or providing online coaching for those who prefer to train from the comfort of their own space. This adaptability allows clients to seamlessly integrate fitness into their daily lives, making wellness accessible for those with busy schedules or mobility challenges. Whether clients are recovering from an old injury, looking to improve their balance, or striving to stay active and independent, I am here to provide the support they need.

The gym space I operate out of, The Athlete's Edge, is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with cutting-edge equipment to support all aspects of fitness. The space features free weights and bands ideal for functional training, a myriad of resistance and cardio machines such as rowers, skiers, stair climbers, and more traditional equipment like treadmills, bikes, and weight and cable machines. Additionally, a long turf area stretching the length of the studio allows for mobility and speed/agility/quickness training.

MFV Wellness focuses on providing a complete fitness experience, addressing not only strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being but also incorporating post-workout recovery techniques like assisted stretching, percussion therapy, and guided self-myofascial release. I believe that recovery and injury prevention are just as important as building strength and endurance. Whether it's helping clients enhance their mobility, reduce pain, or simply feel better throughout their daily activities, my goal is to provide a holistic wellness experience that goes beyond standard training.

With over 4 years of experience, I've worked with clients from diverse medical and cultural backgrounds, developing personalized programs that cater to their unique needs. This dedication to individualized coaching has been essential in helping clients achieve lasting improvements, from enhancing balance and core strength to boosting overall fitness and quality of life. I am particularly passionate about working with older adults, as I see firsthand how much of a positive impact improved fitness can have on their lives.

As a certified senior fitness specialist, I have developed expertise in working with older adults to address age-related challenges such as reduced muscle mass, balance issues, joint stiffness, and limited mobility. Furthermore, I have experience working with clients managing chronic conditions such as frozen shoulder, arthritis, fibromyalgia, hypertension, and obesity. Successfully addressing these conditions requires a comprehensive approach prioritizing safety, gradual progression, and individualized care. I utilize evidence-based exercise programs and recovery techniques to enhance joint mobility, reduce pain, build functional strength, and improve cardiovascular health. By focusing on each client's unique needs and capabilities, I help them achieve sustainable improvements, allowing them to lead more active, fulfilling lives.

Beyond physical training, I strive to empower my clients with the knowledge they need to make sustainable changes. Nutrition guidance, recovery techniques, and personalized fitness plans all work together to help clients reach their goals effectively and safely. My goal is to be more than just a trainer—I want to be a partner in each client's wellness journey, ensuring they feel supported and motivated every step of the way.
