"The Lighting Showroom just celebrated its 15th year in Bedford," said Doug Brown, founder of the locally owned lighting and fan business. We've continually grown in residential lighting, working with interior designers, architects, and the Bedford community. The showroom offers local customers everything from a single table lamp to lighting for your entire home—inside and out—including landscape and accent lighting. 

"Customers seeking design help are pleased with our Tuesday and Wednesday, in-store or in-home (by appointment) design and consultation services," said Brown, "This service has made The Showroom a regional center for professional lighting design." 

As we look to the future, we've decided to change the focus of our quality product lines to feature American-made products. We've had a construction project going on for months, redesigning and rebuilding 50% of our floorspace to display our Made in the USA lighting and ceiling fans. We are committed to rebuilding the American economy, especially the artisan businesses in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Chicago.

The new showroom will hold its official Made In The USA grand opening on Wednesday, August 14th, from 10am- 2pm, with a ribbon cutting at 11:30 am. Brown continues, "We are offering everyone who comes to our celebration a storewide 20% discount off our regular pricing. Additionally, we are going to have a raffle and door prizes on the hour, with a portion of the proceeds being donated back to Bedford Youth Football, Cheer, and JHL. 

"In addition to the Made in the USA showroom," Brown continued, "we are introducing New England Lighting and Design, an online direct order website for commercial customers. The online store offers products for large-scale projects at wholesale prices." 

The Lighting Showroom is located in Bedford Village Shoppes, 172 Route 101, unit D1. Regular Showroom hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 9–5, Saturday: 10–2, and Tuesday and Wednesday by Appointment for design consultations.
