Join us on Thursday, August 22nd, for our Annual Cigar Dinner from 6 to 9 pm. Enjoy a delectable summer evening under our outdoor tent with great food, cigars, drinks, and live music. Tickets start at $135 and must be purchased in advance. 

 

Allow Executive Chef Erik Lourens to surprise and delight you with a unique culinary experience. Choose between a five-course experience or a five-course tasting menu paired with wine from our extensive wine list. The menu will change nightly to match the culinary team's inspiration. BVI's Dining Room five-course tasting menu is $125 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $155 per person. The tasting menu is available Sundays through Thursdays. No reservation is required. 

 

Join us monthly for our Corks Wine Club Series tastings. Each month, a different vineyard is featured, and each tasting includes 4 sample pours of wine from each vineyard's portfolio.

Menus for Corks, Tavern, and Dining Room will be available to order from, and guests of this event will receive 10% off their final bill that evening for any additional food or beverages purchased while in Corks.

 

Join us in Fondi for a private dinner party featuring famed wine and cuisine from Italy and Italy's surrounding Italian islands. All the varieties we have planned will pair perfectly alongside our chef-curated menus. All five plated courses will be paired with wine from Italy. Gather on the Fondi Terrace for small bites, wine, and cocktails. Available Tuesday – Thursday from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm + Friday & Saturday from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.  It is open year-round and weather-dependent each night on the terrace
