Serving southern New Hampshire for over 30 years, we are a five-doctor practice in Bedford and Nashua. Our board-certified surgeons, Drs. Jose Torio, Corey Decoteau, Thomas Burk, Rachel Madden, and Benjamin Farr practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery.  

We began in 1986, with our founder, Dr. Greene's vision for an oral surgery center that would provide the highest quality of care with compassion in an environment of excellence and trust. We value integrity, honesty, and dependability, as well as open communication between your dentist or other oral health provider so that you receive the best level of care with your comfort as a top priority.

Although much in the world has changed since our inception, we continue to elevate our professional standards so we may better serve you. We invest in the latest technology and remain abreast of the ways in which oral surgery is advancing to meet your and our referring doctors' needs. Our staff, including dental implant coordinators and surgical assistants, regularly complete training and continuing education in the areas of patient care and anesthesia.   

We offer four high school seniors at four different schools the Apex Oral Surgery Scholarship, awarded to students who intend to go to school in the medical field.  

Dr. Jose Torio joined the practice 23 years ago after completing his dental and medical degrees and training at Harvard Dental and Medical Schools and the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. An avid fly fisherman, he enjoys the outdoors of New Hampshire during his spare time. Since finishing dental school and a residency in oral surgery at Tufts University, Dr. Corey Decoteau has continuously practiced with us since 2016. A native of New England, Dr. Decoteau enjoys skiing in the winter and sailing in the cool waters of the summer. Also, a graduate of Harvard Dental School, Dr. Tommy Burk received his medical degree and oral surgery training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, before arriving in New Hampshire to practice. He spends time with his family and also travels and cooks when he can. Dr. Rachel Madden joined our practice nine years ago after completing her dental degree at Harvard Medical School and her residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She loves international travel and leads an active lifestyle of biking, hiking, skiing, and growing organic fruit. Dr. Benjamin Farr earned his doctorate of dental surgery and medical degree from the University at Buffalo and thereafter completed his training at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He plays ice hockey and enjoys exploring local history and national parks.
