The residents in Fair Oaks Ranch would like to wish Mr. Nick DeLouis a very special 90th birthday. You may see Mr. DeLouis out and about, as he is very active walking his dog (Chopper) every day in the community. He is also very involved in a traveling men's choir. When he was asked about his birthday, he said he was 30 X 3, so that's why a neighbor put up the number 30 balloons in his yard.
