5-Minute Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

Great for Valentine’s Day or Any Day! No baking, no cooking—just mix, layer, and chill. They look adorable and taste like a cross between chocolate-covered strawberries and cheesecake.

Ingredients (makes 4 small cups)
Cheesecake layer
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup whipped cream or whipped topping (Cool Whip works!)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry layer
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1–2 tsp sugar (optional)
Chocolate layer
  • ½ cup chocolate cookie crumbs or crushed Oreos
  • Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
1. Make the strawberry layer
  • Toss diced strawberries with a little sugar and set aside
2. Make the cheesecake layer
  • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth, fold in the whipped cream/topping to make it fluffy
3. Assemble
In small cups, layer:
  1. Chocolate cookie crumbs, cheesecake mixture, strawberries, repeat if desired
  2. Optional: drizzle melted chocolate on top
4. Chill briefly
  • Chill 10–20 minutes (or serve immediately if you’re in a rush)
