5-Minute Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake Cups
Great for Valentine’s Day or Any Day! No baking, no cooking—just mix, layer, and chill. They look adorable and taste like a cross between chocolate-covered strawberries and cheesecake.
Ingredients (makes 4 small cups)
Cheesecake layer
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup whipped cream or whipped topping (Cool Whip works!)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry layer
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1–2 tsp sugar (optional)
Chocolate layer
- ½ cup chocolate cookie crumbs or crushed Oreos
- Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
1. Make the strawberry layer
- Toss diced strawberries with a little sugar and set aside
2. Make the cheesecake layer
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth, fold in the whipped cream/topping to make it fluffy
3. Assemble
In small cups, layer:
- Chocolate cookie crumbs, cheesecake mixture, strawberries, repeat if desired
- Optional: drizzle melted chocolate on top
4. Chill briefly
- Chill 10–20 minutes (or serve immediately if you’re in a rush)

Use heart-shaped cups or mini jars, add pink sprinkles or edible glitter, use strawberry or raspberry purée to make it more romantic, or garnish with a chocolate-dipped strawberry
