DUMP BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

For those days that you really want a quick and easy breakfast. Just layer pre-cooked meats and frozen potatoes in a dish, pour a whisked egg mixture over the top, and bake. It is perfectly customizable and great for feeding a crowd.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional Add-ins: Diced bell peppers, onions, or bacon
Instructions:
  1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer: Dump the thawed hash browns directly into the bottom of the baking dish. Evenly distribute the cooked sausage and any optional vegetables over the potatoes. Top everything with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  4. Pour & Bake: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole so it seeps into all the layers. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the center is fully cooked.
