New Leadership Team Assumes Office for The Rotary Club of Fair Oaks Ranch

Fair Oaks Ranch Rotarians held their Annual Installation Dinner on June 18th at Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort in San Antonio. In an evening of fun and formality, Sean Seamster assumed the top leadership role as Will Winslett concluded his one-year term as President. Seamster joined the Fair Oaks Ranch Club in 2018. He and his wife Kari, also a Rotarian, have been residents of Fair Oaks Ranch since 2020. Both are natives of Abilene.
In addition to President Seamster, who was sworn in by Rotary District 5840 Governor Craig Hardy, the Club’s new Leadership group consists of 13 members who serve as Officers and Committee Chairs. They include President-Elect – Debbie Martin; President Nominee – Lisa Weems; Secretary – Kari Seamster; Treasurer – Dana Grover; Sergeant-at-Arms – Clifton Lewis; Past President – Will Winslett; Membership Chair – Estee Burgess; Public Image Chair – Pam Wise; Service Chair – Lisa Weems; Social Administration Chair – Lolly Werlinger; Youth Services Chair – Jaime Sepulveda; Rotary Foundation Chair – Donna Baggerly; and Club Learning Facilitator- Lorena Lozano.
Outgoing President Winslett also announced that the recipient of the 2025-2026 Rotarian of the Year Award was Lisa Weems. Among her many contributions and duties, Lisa served during the past Rotary year in leadership roles with the Service and Public Image committees.
