Meet Piper, the fun-loving Corgi
How long have you lived in Hershey? What do you like most about living here?
I have lived here all my life--we love the small town, friendly atmosphere.
What is your pet's name, age, sex and breed?
This is Piper, a fun-loving 5-year old female Corgi. She is the silliest dog!
When and how did your pet come to join your family?
We got Piper during the pandemic in 2020 to keep our family entertained and have some fun. She was great company to my kids during that time. We spoiled her rotten and she is still spoiled to this day!
Tell us about your family and your relationship with your pet.
I am Jen, my husband is Eric, our daughter Ava is 13 and our son Elijah is 12. We love Piper so much and how much joy she brings to our famiy.
Does your pet have any favorite toys or treats?
Piper never met a treat she didn't like--she loves treats more than anything!
Does your pet have any furry brothers or sisters at home? Tell us.
Piper is the "boss" of our other furry loved ones at home. Rex is a cattle dog mixed breed, Harper is our tiny Shih Tzu, and Lily is our sweet kitty. Piper makes sure she terrorizes everyone!
Tell us about your favoite memory with your pet.
When we first went to meet her, she was at the bottom of a hill and we were at the top. You know how short Corgi legs are, and watching her run as fast as she could up that hill to meet us was adorable. I knew we had to bring her home.
We love walking around Hummelstown & Hershey--Piper is very friendly and people love to pet her and take her photo!
