Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate the love, sacrifice, and unwavering support that mothers provide every day. Whether celebrating a mom, grandmother, or maternal figure, Mother’s Day is a reminder to cherish and honor the women who nurture, guide, and love unconditionally.

My mother is my best friend. She is my shoulder to cry on and my favorite person to laugh with. Even though I love my dad I will forever be a mommy's girl. She is my biggest cheerleader but is also one of the only people that will tell me the truth even if I don't want to hear it. My life has been filled with many memories of us singing random Taylor Swift songs in the car or laying out in the sun talking for hours on end. Her personality is what I strive to be like, which is kind, loyal, and will always be honest. I love her to the moon and back and that is never going to change. -Maggie King

My mom is my biggest role model, and I adore everything she does for me. Growing up, I definitely took her for granted. She always took the time out of her day to get me ready for school, drive me around, cook me any meal I wanted, and so much more. I genuinely don’t know what I would do without her. Every moment I spend with her is special, even if we end up arguing. My mom is the most perfect person in the whole world. Now I know not everyone is perfect, but my mom, she is. She is so special to me. She is always there for me to make me laugh or give me a hug when I need it the most, and she always always always knows when I need it the most. She is my best friend and I never ever want to lose her. I will never forget the countless afternoons and nights I have spent hanging out with her, or the memories of us going to the Bahamas just her and I before I went off to college.
