Ready for some Fast-paced Fun? Get on the Lacrosse Field!

Lacrosse is "the fastest sport on two feet" and one of the quickest growing sports in the nation. Originated by Native Americans, lacrosse is also North America's first sport. Lacrosse draws athletes from all backgrounds and experience levels. It’s great off-season training for football, and lacrosse is surprisingly similar to basketball. Soccer players are assets with their quickness and endurance. Brand-new players join at all age levels, as well as seasoned athletes who are ready to try a new sport.

Everett Lacrosse Club (ELC) is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization that was founded in 2010 and serves kids within the Everett School District boundaries. In 2023, we achieved a major milestone by introducing lacrosse PE lessons to Everett Public Schools. Our volunteers led demonstrations and trained district PE teachers, and the club provided 75 lacrosse sticks to support the program.

Our boys high school team is currently a combined Jackson-Cascade team. We recently reintroduced our high school program to Everett Public Schools leadership, aiming to collaborate more closely with the district and to initiate the development of varsity lacrosse programs at each of our three traditional high schools. Get ready for Jackson lacrosse, Mill Creek!

Our girls’ youth and high school programs launched in 2015, and in 2018 our girls’ team attained WSLA varsity status. Due to various circumstances, we began collaborating in 2024 with Northshore Storm and SnoLax Girls to provide playing opportunities for athletes within our boundaries. This partnership will continue until volunteer needs are met and we can reinstate our own program.

Registration for the K-12 spring season is open now and practices start at the end of February. New players are eligible for a 50% discount off registration and a free protective gear loan (limited availability).
