Party in the Parks!

The City of Mill Creek recently celebrated a series of successful events that fostered community spirit and brought families together for unforgettable memories.

The "Party in the Parks" events were a hit, with Pine Meadow Park and Mill Creek Sports Park brimming with excitement. Attendees were treated to free games and activities courtesy of local sponsors, organizations, and vendors. Participants included Nothing Bundt Cakes, Town & Country Markets, Brooklyn Bros. Pizza, Community Transit, Mill Creek Police Department, Mill Creek Youth Advisory Board, and many others. The atmosphere was vibrant with music!

In addition, Buffalo Park was the setting for the "National Night Out" spearheaded by the Mill Creek Police Department. The evening was packed with free food and activities, and the 40th Anniversary activities were the cherry on top! A special thanks goes out to many local organizations and sponsors who made this event possible.

Throughout these events, the community was encouraged to bring donations. The Mill Creek Food Bank received generous contributions of food, the Domestic Violence Services were gifted with clothes and household supplies, and the Everett Public Schools Foundation benefited from an array of school supplies for their "Stuff the Bus" initiative.

Kudos to the City of Mill Creek and all involved for successfully hosting these memorable events that truly showcased the heart and soul of the community!
