Santos Bros Plumbing

Paso Robles Plumbers with a Reputation for Having Fun!

From Mariachi to Mainlines
Entrepreneurship wasn’t something new to my family. We’ve long been involved in mariachi-style music events and parties. My dad is the singer, and we offer a show that features dancing horses as entertainment. Celebrations, culture, and community gatherings were at the heart of our family business. When the Covid lockdowns began, events and parties were canceled, and it deeply affected our family business. Around that same time, I had already been working with my uncle’s plumbing company for a couple of years. As families spent more time at home, something else became clear: plumbing issues don’t pause for pandemics. A lot of our friends started reaching out to us for their plumbing repair needs around their houses. What started as helping friends quickly revealed that there was real demand and it inspired me to start Santos Bros Plumbing. Today, Santos Bros Plumbing offers all sorts of residential plumbing services and repairs. We handle everything from minor drips and drops, to emergency leaks or clogs. We install and replace water heaters, including on-demand tankless water heater units, and even filtration systems for cleaner water. But what truly sets us apart isn’t just what we do. it’s how we do it. One of the things that makes us most unique is how personable we are. Customer service is our number one priority. We are super friendly. We are courteous. We are professional. Homeowners consistently mention how comfortable they feel having us in their homes and how much they appreciate the respect we show for their
space. My brother, Dan, and I have a team who's reputation is not only quality service, but also strong connections within the community. People tell us all the time that they love our local marketing! They enjoy seeing our billboards, our presence in Greet Paso Robles, and our funny videos on social media. We believe business should feel approachable and human, and we’re not afraid to show a little personality.
Staying Connected to Community
While our plumbing business keeps growing, we’ve never stepped away from our roots in music and community events. Some of my favorite ways we connect with the community are by participating in local events like the Templeton Fourth of July Parade, where we still bring out the dancing horses and mariachi band, and the Paso Pioneer Day Parade. We have been performing at the Atascadero Tamale Festival for about nine years. Giving back is equally important to us. We sponsor the annual Be.StacieStrong Golf Tournament (StacieStrong.org) and support Sabeswings (Sabeswings.org), which offers financial support for cancer patients. Being part of North County means showing up...not just as a business, but as neighbors.
Overcoming Early Challenges
Starting Santos Bros Plumbing wasn’t without its challenges. One of the hardest obstacles in the beginning was simply not having enough work. We were new to the industry, and building trust takes time. But our growth has eliminated that challenge because of the quality service we provide and the excellent customer reviews we’ve received. Word of mouth, consistent professionalism, and a genuine commitment to homeowners has helped us
build momentum. Trust compounds, just like hard work.
A Vision for Growth and Culture
My vision for the company is clear: keep growing and keep providing this awesome, spectacular customer service experience for homeowners in our North County community. We’re here to solve plumbing issues, but we’re also here to create opportunity. I want to grow my plumbing team and provide a place of employment with the best company culture, a place where people can have a good job, feel valued, and make a difference in the community. For me, success isn’t just measured in revenue, it’s measured in impact, on
customers, on employees, and on my family.
Advice Every Homeowner Should Know
As much as we love being there when people need us, there are a few big pointers I always share with homeowners:
1. Know where your main water shut-off valve is. In case of any emergency leak or broken water pipe, you need to know how to shut the water off quickly.
2. Know where your clean-out is located. This is essential for servicing your waste removal system in case of any backup.
3. Know how to shut off the gas to your house. Especially in the event of an
emergency earthquake, this is critical for safety.

At Santos Bros Plumbing, we are here to help you with any of those needs.
From mariachi stages to main water lines, the journey has been about adapting, serving, and staying rooted in family and community. At the end of the day, Santos Bros Plumbing isn’t just about fixing pipes, it’s about building something strong enough to support a family legacy.
