Meet Zoe Rohaly and Dustin Howe, the duo behind Elite Management Concierge (EMC), a local expert project and vendor management company, rooted in service and care. Community is at the heart of the work at Elite Management Concierge. Their love for helping others navigate complex projects naturally evolved into a commitment to giving back. Today, Zoe and Dustin are active supporters of Bellevue LifeSpring—Bellevue’s oldest nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and ensuring every Bellevue child has the resources they need to reach stability and thrive in the classroom.

Zoe, a local of King County who grew up in Kent, built a multifaceted career in event planning and marine construction, where she met her fiancé and business partner, Dustin. Originally from Phoenix, Dustin spent most of his life around custom home building before shifting into property management and eventually settling in the Pacific Northwest. When building Elite Management Concierge, the couple knew that supporting their community would be central to their vision. As their business grew, they found themselves seeking a meaningful way to give back. Through connections in the West Bellevue community, they discovered Bellevue LifeSpring.

Their journey with the organization began with small steps. They organized a coat and food drive, volunteered during the holiday season, and attended the Step Up to the Plate Benefit Luncheon, Bellevue LifeSpring’s annual spring gathering that brings together hundreds of neighbors, businesses, and community leaders in support of Bellevue children. “After attending the luncheon two years in a row, truly understanding the need in the Bellevue community was a game-changing moment for me,” shared Zoe. “I started bringing Dustin with me.”

As they learned more, Zoe and Dustin wanted to do more. They volunteered at the Stevenson Family Hub, helping to prepare a welcoming space where Bellevue families can access in-person services, such as nutrition support and emergency rental assistance. For Dustin, giving back with Bellevue LifeSpring carries personal meaning. He grew up facing food insecurity—an experience shared by more than 5,000 children right here in Bellevue. “It’s not always about the dollar amount you give,” shared Dustin. “Incorporating your skills and time can be incredibly valuable. Zoe and I have so many ideas to share, and I can personally offer perspective from someone who’s been in the shoes of the families Bellevue LifeSpring serves.”

One of their favorite ways to give back is by participating in the ‘Tis the Season Holiday Giving Program—a collaborative holiday support program hosted by Bellevue LifeSpring, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bellevue, and Rainier Athletes. “When you’re a kid who gets a gift from a giving tree, your parents often don’t know what that gift is; they just hope it’s something you’ll love,” Dustin shared. “What I love about the ‘Tis the Season program is that parents get to choose the gifts themselves. You gave them back that piece of pride, and that makes all the difference.”

Their experiences volunteering deepened their connection to Bellevue LifeSpring, and for Zoe, it sparked an even greater motivation to get more involved. Last year, she joined the Bellevue LifeSpring One Circle, a group dedicated to supporting children in Bellevue through fundraising, advocacy, and hands-on community engagement. “At first, I was definitely intimidated about becoming a circle member,” Zoe admitted. “But, once I joined, I realized everyone shares the same goal: helping our neighbors. One Circle has given me a community of women who care deeply about making a difference.”
