Purple Haze

Ingredients:
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.75 oz Ube Syrup*
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Top with Kylie Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé
- Garnish: Pineapple frond
*Ube Syrup: Combine a bar spoon of Ube extract with 250 ml simple syrup.
Method:
Add pineapple juice, lime juice, Ube syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until chilled and aromatic. Fine strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice and gently top with non-alcoholic sparkling rosé. Garnish with a pineapple frond.
