Strawberry Negroni Sbagliato

Refreshing, bubbly, and just a bit unexpected. This is the Negroni reimagined!

The Strawberry Negroni sbagliato, is a sparkling twist on the classic Aperitivo. Bitter, floral, and lightly sweet, this refreshing cocktail is lifted by a bubbly pour of Prosecco and perfect for patio gatherings. Every sip captures the easy elegance of late summer.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Aviation American Gin
.75 oz Campari
.75 oz Lillet Rose
.5 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
2 oz Prosecco
Strawberry and Orange Peel Garnish
Served on ice in a white wine glass

Method:

In a mixing glass, combine Aviation Gin, Campari, Lillet Rosé, and strawberry simple syrup. Add ice and stir until well chilled, about 10–15 seconds.

Strain into a white wine glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Prosecco for a bright, sparkling finish.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry and an expressed orange peel. Twist the peel over the glass to release its aromatic oils, then drop it in or clip it to the rim.

Toast to warm nights, good company, and a playful twist on a timeless classic.
