Neda Perrina's parents immigrated to the United States ahead of the Iranian Revolution in 1979, carrying nothing more than a resilient spirit and steadfast purpose. Their determination took them far—her father earned a Ph.D. at Vanderbilt University and her mother a master’s degree at David Lipscomb University—all while raising Neda and her sister in Nashville, Tennessee. The family later relocated to Ohio, where Neda experienced classic suburbia life: family picnics, bike rides, country music, and a community that looked out for one another. Those formative years, defined by perseverance and love, taught her to value family and connection. “We didn’t have much growing up, but my parents made us feel like we had the world,” Neda recalled. “Their example taught me that hard work isn’t optional.”

At the University of Cincinnati, Neda earned her bachelor's degree in psychology after initially pursuing a pharmacy degree. “If you grew up in an Iranian household, you’d understand the pressure to go into medicine,” she joked. But four years as a pharmacy intern revealed her true passion lay elsewhere. That realization led her to Seattle, where she built a dynamic career spanning recruiting, sales, and business development—sharpening her skills in negotiation, client care, and leadership. By 2017, Neda was ready to utilize those skills elsewhere after the travel demands of corporate sales grew unsustainable while her children were little. Real estate offered her both the balance and purpose she’d been searching for. 

“My sister had been a successful realtor for 15 years and had always told me to give it a try,” said Neda. “Around that same time, a friend was selling her condo, so I used that as my opportunity to test the waters.” What began as a practical career shift quickly grew into a passion for excellence that would come to define her distinction in the real estate world. When the time came to choose a brokerage, Neda sought alignment with the best—a firm offering unparalleled marketing, presence, and prestige. Though Neda’s real estate career started in Seattle, she and her husband began considering a move to the Eastside after COVID’s onset in early 2020. “After visiting friends in Bellevue, I immediately felt it was the right place for our family,” shared Neda. “There’s something magical about Bellevue—the top-rated schools, the charming neighborhoods with captivating views, the beautiful parks and waterfront areas.” Around that same time, Realogics Sotheby’s was opening its Bellevue office on Main Street—offering Neda a spot as a founding member. “Though I started real estate in an individual role, my love for leadership never left, so I naturally gravitated back into leading and mentoring a team,” she shared. “It’s been so rewarding to serve Bellevue while still maintaining my Seattle business—allowing me to serve clients on both sides of Lake Washington with the highest caliber of service.”
