THE WESTERN SPRINGS HISTORICAL SOCIETY 40TH ANNIVERSARY HOUSE WALK

The Fundraiser brings together residents, designers, florists, and other industry professionals for a day of home décor, design, and architectural inspiration.

The Western Springs Historical Society House Walk returns on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 11:00 a.m.  to 5:00 p.m., celebrating the 40th Anniversary of this beloved community tradition.
The 2026 House Walk will include seven thoughtfully selected homes located throughout Western  Springs, offering guests a unique opportunity to experience the village’s diverse neighborhoods and  architectural history. The House Walk brings together residents, designers, florists, and other industry  professionals for an inspiring day of home décor, design, and architecture, while highlighting Western  Springs’ rich history. This milestone year will feature an exceptional collection of homes ranging from  historic to contemporary, showcasing a variety of architectural styles and sizes that reflect the character  and evolution of the community.
For those participants who desire, we will have two complimentary “hop on/hop off” trolleys available  for their convenience. The trolleys will depart from the Water Tower and The Village Club with stops  near each of the tour’s homes. These trolleys have been graciously co-sponsored by @properties & Leo  Neidetcher with Origin Point. The Village Club will be this years Oasis where guests can take a break for  light refreshments and restrooms.
Tickets are $40 in advance and $50 on the day of the event. Online tickets will be available for purchase  beginning March 1, 2026 @ https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/40th-anniversary-house-walk.  Traditional paper tickets will be sold at Clever Girl, Thomas Ford Library, and the Tower Museum  (Saturdays, 10 a.m.–noon) beginning April 1, 2026. On the day of the event, tickets must be presented in  exchange for a wristband, which serves as admission to each home. All tickets will be exchanged for a  wristband and a Program Book at the Tower Green, Village Club, or at any of the seven homes.
