Seth: My pleasure! My wife, Karen, and I started Peek Painting roughly 8 years ago and have had the pleasure of growing a fantastic team which culminating with my brother Ryan Peek partnering up with us after a few years in to it to keep it a family affair for years to come. GPR: What's the history and mission of your business? What inspired you to start your business?
Seth: We started our company with the vision of being the most in-demand painting company in our region with both customers and employees alike. We build teams of solid painters so that our customers are not left wondering how the experience will go. At Peek Painting, everybody gets a great experience since our systems keep the product uniform across all teams.

GPR: What types of services does your business offer?
Seth: Residential and Commercial Painting Services

GPR: What's unique about your business? What sets you apart from the rest?
Seth: At Peek Painting, we guarantee a quote appointment available within 2 business days and you will have a firm quote during the same appointment. No waiting around for a price. We also offer a 9-year labor and materials warranty on almost every job, exclusions are minimal.

GPR: How does your business connect with and contribute to the local community?
Seth: Ryan, our head salesperson Eric, and I are all members of local Rotary Clubs. Peek Painting regularly sponsors charities and we donate painting services toward local needs.

GPR: Every business faces challenges. Can you share insights into any challenges your business has overcome and the growth that resulted?
Seth: Covid shutdowns were challenging to navigate at first, but the next 2 years turned into a very busy season which presents all sorts of growing pains for any company (great problem to have!). We went from 8-18 employees in 2 years and leaned into putting in the footwork to make Peek Painting streamline through forming company wide policies, procedures and operational controls to make sure we do everything we can to provide the same level of excellence for all customers in a repeatable fashion. No shortage of grit and determination in the Peek Family!


GPR: Given your professional expertise and experiences, what advice do you have for our residents, 
Seth: I advise all homeowners and property owners to routinely walk their property and keep an eye on failing paint.
