Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tinkerman’s Gin
0.5 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
0.25 oz Campari
0.5 oz POM Pomegranate Juice
0.5 oz honey simple syrup
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz egg white
0.5 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur

To assemble the drink:
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously to create a rich foam. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel topped with fresh pomegranate seeds.
